• Gr 5 students who are attending Lochside, Prospect Lake and Cordova Bay Elementary will transition to Royal Oak automatically and do NOT need to register

• Registration week is for those families who are applying to attend ROMS from outside the catchment or district (or who live in our catchment but their child has been attending another school)

• To reserve a time to register, please phone the school at (250) 479-7128 starting at 8 am on Monday, February 2nd 
  • Appointments will be booked in 15 mins time slots for families to come into the school to submit your registration package and documentation starting on Monday, February 9th
  • Registration is first-come-first-served and is based on the time that you phone and directly speak to our office staff on Monday, Feb 2nd  -  Voicemails left will not be considered for registration
  •  Please ensure that you come to your appointment during the week of February 9th with the necessary documentation.  Click on this link to print off the forms, or you can stop by our office for a hard copy starting on Monday, January 19th anytime between 8am and 3pm. 
  • NOTE: we require that all documentation be original so that we can make true certified copies for our records
