If your child is absent...
please email royaloak_attendance@saanichschools.ca. You may also use this email address to let us know about late arrivals or dismissals for your child. In the email indicate your child's name, grade & division, length of absence, and reason. For example:
- Jordan Jones, 7-1, late, dentist
- Jordan Jones, 7-1, away April 21, sick (or vacation, ...)
This is a School District #63 Safety Program to ensure safe arrival for all students. Help us to stay informed, and contact the school if your child will be absent.
If you do not want to participate in the Safe Arrival Program, please send a written note to the Principal.
